How are you?

Sorry for not sending you a thank you note earlier. As you know after China we went to India for 10 days and got back to LA at the end of August. Needless to say, we have been extremely busy catching up with everything after a long and wonderful holiday. My family and I enjoyed every bit of China. We were very very pleased with your arrangements. You had all the plans and schedules arranged to the finest details and made every tour a pleasure.  I am very happy to have chosen your company for our trip. I also want to say a special thankyou for the delicious cakes at both places to celebrate my husband's and Sulekha's birthday. It meant a lot ot us and showed that you really cared. All the hotels were excellant especially the Grand Hyatt in Beijing. They were exceptionally hospitable. The only hotel that didn't do a good job was the Le Meridian in Shanghai--- so much for SPG!!!. All your guides were excellant, knowledgable and professional except the one guide in Chongching (where we got off the Yangtze cruise). I wouldn't recommend her to you as she doesn't meet your company's high standards. The other person that doesn't belong in your elite league is the driver in Souzhou( the silk place). He looked like he was a school kid that just got out of bed, didn't even brush his teeth and came to work. Wasn't very interested in working either. This is just a feed back as I think you need to know it for your future guests. We didn't mind it at all and it was no big deal as the rest of the visit was perfect. But I treat you as a friend and I need to be honest with you. We got very close to all other guides as we shared a lot of time with them . They are all very fine, courteous and professional individuals. 

Thanks again for making our trip such a memorable one that we want to come back again to China!!!!!!!!!!!!. We appreciate  you, your efforts, cooperation and are already busy telling all our friends about our trip and you. Be ready for more business.
