back home and back to work. it is hard to adapt to the time difference.

deni and i want to thank you again for a wonderful trip. we had a magnificent time and appreciate all your efforts on our behalf.
everything was special! the guides were all great and knowledgeable. the drivers and cars were excellent and the itinerary was well organized and covered all the highlights. we also appreciated the flexibility and freedom to alter the itinerary. not everyone enjoys the same things so the ability to change things was great!

the few little miscues are long forgotten. i would again just point out the 2 things that i would make your future clients aware of.

1. different airlines have different policies about luggage and most are more tolerant for international travelers and international flights. the only airline that was extremely rigid was shanghai airlines. i would limit their use { you may already do this} and tell your clients that they are very strict on 20 kg weight which is not a lot if you are traveling for several weeks and make purchases {which is very hard to resist at least for deni and i}. our excess baggage charge exceeded the cost of the tickets, but we had very few options available at the airport.

2. you are already aware of the luggage issue at the suzhou train station. there are no elevators or escalators and bags have to be lugged up and down stairs to reach various tracks. this is a real problem if you have more than carry-ons. possibly you can have the bags sent to shanghai hotel and tell your clients to pack overnight bag or carry-on for the suzhou portion.
