Ms. Kazemi: I have traveled to many countries, mostly on my own. I can give my unqualified endorsement to China Tours. The tour guides were excellent as was the quality of transportation. I went with an attorney friend of mine. There was not a hitch. The guides met us promptly at the airport and saw us off at each destination, doing all the work. Without them, negotiating the airports would have been much more difficult. Their English was very good and they were happy to work with us.

We requested four star hotels in each of the cities we visited ,and each of them in the cities you are visiting were that or better. In a couple of cases, we were upgraded to the executive floor of the hotel.

Kathy Feng was very accommodating and very prompt in responding to E -Mails. The only suggestion I had for her at the end of the trip was that, perhaps, it might be helpful occasionally to give the travelers a choice of restaurants at noon. I realize that would be difficult for large groups, but not for two to four. Of course, everyone’s food tastes differ but , although we enjoy Chinese food, it would have been nice to have a change of pace occasionally.

For us, there was just the right amount of balance between the time spend with the guide and the time on our own.
