I wanted to put in writing what I said to you in person.  We could not have asked for a better experience.  Everything went without a problem.  We were met promptly in every city by your tour guides.They got us to the next train or airplane on time and without much effort on our part.   They spoke very good English; they were all friendly and courteous, and they all were knowledgeable.

I would make one suggestion.  Occasionally, like every other day, it might be helpful  to give the clients a choice of a restaurant for the noon meal, so there is some variety.  That may not be possible, and it certainly is not essential, but it would be a nice touch.

The hotels were all excellent, certainly four stars.  Twice we were up graded to executive rooms, which was an extra treat.
